Bangla Ekanka Natya Sangraha is an anthology of Bengali one-act plays compiled and edited by Ajitkumar Ghosh. Bengali one-act plays lately established itself as a well-developed literary genre. It is modern in its orientation and it possessed several dimensions like other literary genres. Social, individual and cultural pains have taken center stages in many modern one-act plays. It has been enriched through the addition of folk elements as well as other indigenous traditions like pala, kathakata, bhahyapath etc. The strategy and format of these types of plays has undergone several stages of experimentation as well. Eminent theatre personalities and performers like TulasiLahiri, Manmatha Ray, Bidhayak Bhattacharya, Digindranath Bandyopadhyay, Buddhadev Basu, Salil Sen, Bijan Bhattacharya, Ritwik Ghatak,  Badal Sarkar, Utpal Datta, Manoj Mitra and Mohit Chattopadhyay contributed towards its development.
