Sarveshwar Dayal  Saxena (1927-1983), is one of the chief poet in the flow of poetry of Hindi literature ‘Nayi  Kavita’ the unique quality of the poems of  Sarveshwar is the easy way of understanding. With the touch of a capable poet, things do not remain the same, they change – coat gloves, swatter, everything dashes against the challenges of age, and transforms into revolution rebellion. An easy experiment of symbols and reflections can be seen in the poetry of Sarveshwar. He has also written novels, novelettes, stories, plays, plays and poetry for children, travelogues. He has been awarded  ‘Sahitya Akademi Award’ for his collection of poems ‘Khuntiyon  Par Tange Log’. The poet has written most of the poems from this collection between the periods of 1976-1981.
