Description

Prachi has been a landmark in registering the flow of literary creativity in the Eastern India as it captivates the poetic mood of the languages of Eastern India. It’s a long journey since 1990 when the first of this series of literary digest got published. Literary stalwarts in Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Maithili, Manipuri, Nepali, Odia and Santali have contributed in this literary digest. It’s more of a mirror than a well-woven miniature in complete. It’s a mural where different moods moving towards different directions have been caught and preserved. In this collection, there are essays, short stories and poetry which is itself a model of unity in diversity.
