The book is a collection of poems in Gujarati by Rajesh Pandya published under Navodaya Series in 2001. 

Rajesh Pandya, one of the notable young poets who emerged during the last decade of twentieth century. A significant and representative Gujarati poet, critic and translator. Prithvine Aa Chhede is his first poetry collection. All the poems in the collection have earlier been published in various literary journals.

Poems in Prithvine Aa Chhede are remarkable for their genuinely fresh sensibility, brilliant imagery and distinct patterns of blank verse. ‘Bodhi Vruksh’ and ‘ Ratri’, series of poems in the collection,  show individual mark of his poetic endeavour.
