Description

Dhiruben Patel is a renowned Gujarati writer of Novels, stories, plays, Novelettes,  one – acts. She was awarded the  Sahitya Akademi  Award  in the year 1995 for her novel “Agantuk”. This story revolves around the surroundings after the writer leaves the ashram of  Pratapgiri, and all of sudden visit her brother in the city of Mumbai, and then again suddenly goes to Vrundavan. The heritage of giving the values of life the Guru to his disciple, is the tradition of India culture and Sri Krishna is the mentor of the world searching for the root cause of expectations, frustrations, anger anxiety, as also if we go on searching for their remedies the only way will be the way to Vrundavan. This contemplation of the writer motivates the reader for introspection.
