PAKISTANI KAHANYOON is a superb Sindhi translation by Jetho Lalwani, an eminent Sindhi playwright, short story writer, essayist, children’s writer and researcher of folk literature, who, besides Sindhi, writes in Hindi and Gujarati as well, of Pakistani Kahaniyan, edited by distinguished Urdu fiction writers of Pakistan – Intezar Hussain and Asif Farooqui. Both the editors of this anthology are of different viewpoints. If at all there is anything that connects them it is the interest in the conditions and literature of Pakistan.
